Julia Reindl is the founder of Jaw Yoga. She is a myofunctional therapist with a Master's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, and has been a lecturer at the University for Speech Therapy for over 10 years. With over 15 years of experience in treating teeth grinding, TMJ disorders, snoring, and other jaw stress-related issues, she also conducts lectures for dentists and orthodontists.

Felix Neubauer is the creator of Jaw Meditations, which have provided deep jaw relaxation to thousands worldwide. Based in the UK, he is a singer-songwriter who guides people to connect with their inner wisdom and access new levels of peace and well-being.
